I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel in Villahermosa. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city and close to the best restaurants and attractions. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a sitting area. I also enjoyed the beautiful terrace where I could relax and take in the city views. The hotel also had a fantastic swimming pool where I could cool off after a long day of exploring.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Villahermosa.

The hotel's location is central, making it convenient to visit nearby restaurants. There's a restaurant across the street, accessible with a walking distance. the room had comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and a TV. the staff were helpful, and the wifi connection was good.
The hotel lacked a shuttle service to the airport.

Spent Christmas here and there were great things about this hotel! Conveniently located near a popular shopping mall and a beautiful park. The pool on the rooftop was refreshing and a great way to cool off from the city heat. Room was clean and comfortable.
There were a few downsides to our stay. The restaurant was very limited in options and the food wasn't the best.

I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, close to transportation and a variety of restaurants in the center. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, as were the facilities. The parking area was spacious and well-lit.

Great location! Very close to a popular tourist spot and easy access to transportation around the city. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, even offering suggestions on local activities. the rooms were well kept and clean, with all necessary amenities.
The breakfast could use some improvement. the selection was limited and the quality was average.

I was kinda surprised by my recent stay at a hotel in Villahermosa. Despite some minor inconveniences, the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, with functioning AC and TV. The location was convenient, and the doorman was cute. Although the restaurant was not up to par, there was a pool on the roof offering a nice respite from the heat.
